Perhaps it's an emoticon of a mole? Or a caterpillar? Perhaps even the Batmobile?

Or maybe the "huh" is a clue? Perhaps the texter is confused and anxious, which is understandable in these times. In which case the emoticon could only be St. Denis, the patron saint of confusion and frenzy. Duh.
