oh my gosh did you see what was going on outside yesterday

A text like this heralds the official end to National Boring Text Weekend.

So, what was going on outside on Saturday? My curiosity has been piqued. All I saw was some kids playing basketball, but that may or may not be what 661 was referring to.

Well I don't know what happened outside for this person, but today, a building BURNED DOWN right across the freeway from my office!!! We all gathered around the windows in the break room to ogle the flames.
