I have offered this advice before but will repeat myself as it continues to go unheeded:

If someone does not text you back, that means that they did not receive it, that they are busy, or that they, for some other reason, do not want to respond to you at this time. Texting them again and again will not get you a response. Neither will using an increasing number of question marks. It's not like Leila didn't want to text Cheryl back, but then, when she saw all those question marks, was like, "Oh! I do want to text Cheryl back after all!"

When you ask "R u there????yes or no," and Leila doesn't reply, THAT MEANS NO.
