I put a request off in your box this AM, its for the end of February but i wud like to book airline tickets asap. i know ul get to it as soon as u can

Okay, fine. I guess it's possible that Leila is 808's secretary. But still.

I read that to translate as "Hey, Leila, I put a request for my vacation in your mailbox this morning. I know that it's a few months away, but it's cheaper if I book flights now. I know you'll get to it when you can, I just wanted to make sure you knew it was there" in which case Leila is the boss and 808 is her underling. But I say that as an underling who just put in a vacation request for February (though not to Leila nor in 808-land). :)

Hmmm I definitely see your translation as well. But what underling would be so confident as to text message her boss and say, "Hey, a couple hours ago I asked you for time off; please respond ASAP"? I wouldn't text message my boss to tell her to make it snappy.
