According to babelfish, this is neither Spanish. nor Italian, nor French, nor Portuguese. It looks so Romance language-esque, though. What could it mean?

It's spanish but with wrong writting, probably from south america. It means: I found the tape of the camera. "I'm in a meeting" seems to be the title of the tape.
