i would assume someone is informing leila that they have gone 20 mins over their phone plan, and that they only have 1 day until the new billing month starts.

or, you know, something totally different.

No, that makes sense to me. So when she says "you know what that mean," I guess it means, "Until tomorrow, we will have to text." Smart thinking.
